Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Administration or other related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years or above of relevant experiences in office administration works.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office, including MS Word with English & Chinese typing, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
• Good communication skills and able to maintain good relationships with internal parties and suppliers.
• Flexibility and multi-tasking abilities in fast working environment.
• Hard working, independent, detail-minded, self-motivating, strong sense of responsibility, passion of details & a good team player.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

• Be able to perform daily accounting functions, such as Account Payable, Account Receivable and Vouchers etc.
• Support the daily operations for petty cash and payment.
• Handle office administrative matters with account payable involvement.
• Prepare information for statutory audit.
• Provide support in all round administration duties to office, including communicate with clients over Hong Kong and China, co-ordinate with internal colleagues in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen Office, logistics arrangements and other clerical works.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments, e.g. company events and activities organizing, etc. from administration department and design team.
