Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Project Manager in all aspect of project administrative and coordination work
- Conduct coordination of project related tasks, including support in preparing correspondence, handling project claims, updating the schedule of documents, meeting arrangement
- Maintain an organized filling system, control the incoming and outgoing correspondence for further inspection and easy reference
- Manage and perform tracking on project safety training arrangement
- Provide secretarial support to the project team
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or other related disciplines
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- 1+ years of large scale project admin experience will be a plus
- Fresh grad also welcome

Mobility systems are designed to make transport more agile, optimise network capacity and efficiency, and facilitate travel while improving people and traffic flows, saving energy and curbing greenhouse gas emissions. Our portfolio covers such solutions as communication-based train control and signalling systems, integrated communications and supervision systems and revenue collection systems.
Security solutions cover such areas as citizen protection, anti-terrorism, protection of critical infrastructure and information technology security (ITS). Specifically, our ITS offer encompass network encryption, data storage security for data, transaction security, PIK/Password/PIN/Data encryption, security system management and identity management.
Based on this comprehensive portfolio, we are now developing smart city platforms, which enable closer integration of these solutions and other systems to coordinate day-to-day operations, plan and manage major events and provide high-level oversight in crisis situations.”
