Job Description
Over the past decade, Eaton HK has been running a Trainee Program for those who are keen to work in the hotel and hospitality industry. The Trainee Program aims to develop and support our new team members’ personal and career growth by providing them with 2 to 12 months of practical experience, working closely with different departments within the hotel, from Sales, to our Pillars team, to Front Desk. At the end of our trainee’s practical experience, they choose one department head to shadow for a day.
