Our client is a US listed Financial group which providing the highest quality service -in risk and compliance solutions, providing insightful technology, industry expertise and data insights to clients across the globe. They are currently looking for a HR Officer to join their team.

Job Description

• Handle recruitment process include but not limited to liaise with line managers to identify selection criteria, job posting, searching potential active and passive candidates; interview arrangement, offer negotiation etc.
• Utilize all possible sourcing tools and channels to source talents
• Build strong talent pipelines and put forward suitable candidates to the hiring managers in a timely manner
• Provide onboarding and orientation to new joiner

Requirement 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with talent acquisition experience in financial industry would be advantage
• Familiarity with HRIS; knowledge of using Success Factor would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and different recruitment channels)
