Our client is one of the well-established life insurance company with long history in HK.

To cope with the business needs, they are urgently hiring a Talent Management Senior Manager to join their HR team to design talent programmers and development plans to attract and retain talents externally and internally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design suitable talent programmes and career development journey for new joiners, talents, leaders, including management trainees, graduates recruitment, internships and assignments.
• Promote employee value propositions for the business and develop employee engagement initiatives
• Drive and deliver a high performing working culture for the company
• Work closely with HR business partners in understanding the talent needs and talent pipeline for succession planning
• Keep abreast of latest market/industry trend on talent initiatives
• Liaise with group head office on talent development initiative
• Lead ad hoc HR project

Requirement:

• Degree Holder is required
• At least 10 years or above in Human Resources with relevant experience in talent management
• Ability to think out of the box
• High level of integrity with positive attitude and an ability to work under pressure
• Good time management skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word processing
