Overview
Our client is looking for a Japanese Speaking Secretary to join their team.
JOB DUTIES
- Provide secretarial support to the Senior Management, including calendar and appointments management
- Handle inquiries from Head Office and other administrative duties
- Support business meetings and events preparation
- Travel arrangement for senior management
- Support ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- 4-5yrs secretarial or administrative experience in supporting senior management
- Working experience in Japanese companies is a big plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, independent, proactive, able to work under pressure
