Job Description
We are expanding our Advisory Services Group for the increasing market coverage. The successful candidate will be part of us for the continuous growth of Advisory Services business in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Administrate and coordinate activities in business and project levels
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports and other documents
- Keep track of issues and risks, assist in conflict resolution and make escalations when necessary
- Work collaboratively with different parties to monitor and complete tasks
- Carry other duties as assigned by the supervisors
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years of working experience in general administration, coordination, or secretarial jobs. High calibre candidates with other working experience will also be considered
- Self-motivated good team player coupled with good organizational and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Excellent English is a must
