About the company

Our client is a well developed sizeable company who is looking for an energetic and passion Receptionist to join their company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general receptionist duties including handling and screening phone calls, courier arrangement, order mail, greeting guests etc
  • Arranging and managing the meeting room schedule, including conference call, video conference
  • Coordinate with company driver & tea lady on car booking and mail delivering/ banking arrangement
  • Providing general clerical and admin supports to Admin Dept., including expenses, filing and documentation etc
  • Handling stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
  • Supporting HR department for general duties
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in receptionist with MNC and sizeable company
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (Written and speaking)
  • Presentable, out-going, well customer service attitude
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing and Outlook)
  • Self-motivated, good team, player. fast-paced, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
