Job Description

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment expert seeking to join a prestigious international law firm? This unique role will have you recruiting partners across the Apac region for this prestigious Tier 1 global law firm!   

Reporting to the Senior Regional HR Manager for Partner Affairs, this role enables the successful candidate to work closely with key senior decision-makers in the business and to help mould the future of the firm's regional business by being at the heart of the firm's lateral partner recruiting strategy.

Good stakeholder management and strong administrative, good, organised house-keeping and reporting skills are keys to success. 

WHAT

  • Support the firm's regional partner-recruitment activities with end-to-end execution of the partner-recruitment process (from initial screening, arranging interviews, to facilitating the partner vote processes)
  • Work with regional business service teams to ensure that candidates receive a world-class candidate experience (provide regular feedback to them of the process and implementing next steps) 
  • Assist in preparing business cases, collating due diligence responses and supporting evidence, working with the accounting and finance team to prepare financial projections and candidate proposals
  • Take a lead on stakeholder management, regular and accurate reporting of regional partner-recruitment activities 
  • Work closely with management to develop target profiles 
  • Liaise with external agencies, ensure supplier terms are up to date 

YOU

  • Degree holder in HRM with at least 3 years’ managerial experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition in a major international law or professional services firm 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; and MS Office Suite and Windows 
  • Self-starter with confident and clear communication skills with a focus on delivering a great customer experience, ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, organised, good multi-task operator, team player and able to work under pressure

  • Demonstrable track record of working closely with senior stakeholders and competing interests within a business 
  • Strong persuasion and analytical skills
