About the role

As a Customer Support Manager at Nutrition Kitchen, you will be responsible for managing the team handling customer engagement and daily food delivery operations.

What you will do

•       Your primary task will be to manage a team of 3-5 agents based in Hong Kong
•       You will work closely with the Head of Operations to improve efficiencies in the team and with the Head of Customer Experience to share feedback directly from customers and improve SOPs
•       You will help coordinate with other Customer Support teams in Singapore and Dubai to share best practices
•       You will be responsible for the help centre, writing articles and ensuring all information is accurate and relevant to our customers
•       You will also communicate and follow up with our customers through the relevant channels (whatsapp, phone, email, social media)

You will be an exceptional candidate for this role if you’ve previously managed a Customer Support team and can demonstrate a track record of improving the efficiency of the team whilst also improving customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

•       Ability to manage the resourcing, training and day-to-day overview of the Customer Support team
•       Ability to drive thoughtful conversations with our customers and be responsive to their needs
•       Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness
•       Attention to detail and analytical skills
•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•       Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, is a must, and Cantonese is a big plus
