Responsibilities:

• Responsible for outdoor document delivery/ collection
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents
• Support general office administration
• Maintain office environment in a tidy manner and back up pantry work
• Work hours: 8:00am – 5:15pm, Mon – Fri (5-day work week)

• 保持辦公室各房間、會議室、茶水間整潔及其他雜務
• 工作時間：星期一至五上午8:00至下午5:15 (每週五天工作)

 Requirements:

• Form 3 graduate with 3 years relevant working experience as Office Assistant
• Fluent Cantonese and able to read simple English
• Hardworking, responsible, flexible and attention to details
• Polite and pleasant personality
• Positive with committed attitude and good sense of team work
