Job Description

• Provide back-end support to business stakeholders on back end broking functions
• Prepare client documents, including: quotation, slip, debit / credit note, transmittal letter
• Assist general support and ad hoc duties as assigned
• Timely delivery to meet SLA, Accuracy, and TAT standards
• On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements

• Relevant experience in insurance or broking industry is highly preferred
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Detail-minded and target-oriented
• Willing to work in a fast pace environment, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Good skills in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
