Job Description
Due to rapid expansion of business, our client, a reputable company with over 1000 headcounts in Hong Kong is currently in search of a HRBP to join the team.
HR MANAGER, HRBP | Recruitment & Employee Relations | 45 - 52K
Responsibilities
- Act as Business Partner role to provide advice and service to business leaders
- Lead a small team to conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering
- Work closely with the division heads in ER issues, employee communications, manpower planning, employee career development, performance management and other HR projects
- Be an employee advocate to build employee outreach/ feedback channels and HR programs to enhance employee engagement
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years working experience in human resources
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as the position of Senior Human Resources Officer
- Immediate available is an advantage
