Our client, is a leading bank in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for Receptionist to join their team. 

Responsiblities: 

• Perform reception duties including handling incoming calls, mailing, courier service and to greet vicitors and guests in a professional manner.
• Manage and coordinate conference room booking
• Hanlde stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Provide administrative and clerical support duties
• Assist other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• HKCEE/DSE or above with 2 years working experiences 
• Good manner and good communication skills in both spoken and written of Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Immediate available is preferred
