Responsibilities:

• Act as a HR Business Partner to deliver full spectrum of HR services to the  Business Heads and Line managers and give advice on setting human resources strategies, direction and objectives
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, staff retention, performance management and KPIs setting, succession planning, as well as address the human capital needs and priorities of the business
• Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels, as well as build and maintain talent database
• Partner with other offices within the region on launching various HR initiatives
• Ad hoc duties as required

 Job Requirements:

• University degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines 
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in human resources, financial services industry, information technology, FinTech, MNCs, etc., is preferred
• Proactive and assertive, a good team player, mature & hardworking; with strong sense of responsibility, excellent inter-personal, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong self-motivation; able to handle multi-tasks, and to work independently under pressure and tight deadline
• Detail-minded, with strong analytical, presentation and project management skills
• Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word processing; with good knowledge of HRIS, applicant tracking systems and talent database
• Candidates with recruitment search / headhunting experience a definite advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese; high fluency in Putonghua
