We are seeking a highly innovated and energetic candidate for the position of a Retail Training Assistant. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, resourceful, possess high level of creativity and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct product and client experience related training in store or online
• Assist in preparing training materials
• Vendor searching for training use
• Work closely with vendor on training material translation
• Communicate with both retail and office employees in APAC on latest training programs
• Assist to prepare reports and training record as required
• Execute training projects which may be assigned from time to time

• Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably from luxury fashion and retail industry
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship / prior experience will be considered
• Self-motivated, creative, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Video editing skill is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
