Job Description
What's the job about?
- Work closely with Product Development team, R&D, Engineering team, Design Team and Planning team
- Assist in maintain database in SAP / PLM system
- Consolidating data, report generation and data input for daily business operations
- Provide all-round administrative support to product team, handle development sample, shipment, invoice settlement and related correspondences
- Monitor event response and prepare the document tracking
- Assist in product planning, ad-hoc projects and other clerical duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Experience in the Watch field would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoints)
- Willing to deal with product data and details works
- Fast, Humble, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible
- Ability to work independently with a good team spirit
