Job Responsibilities:

• Translate correspondences for child sponsors
• Administer the mass mailing of sponsors' and children's correspondences
• Liaise with overseas offices on handling of correspondences, photos/videos

• University graduate with a background in writing and publishing is preferred
• High proficiency in written Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
• On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
