Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for Discovery Bay Ice Rink
- Maintain record for departmental assets and inventory, all license renewal and certificate examination
- Handle staff attendance and leave record for HR purpose
- Perform purchasing duties including the purchasing requisition and order for delivery and payment
- Provide backup service to front desk and service counter
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, graduated in Business Administration or Hospitality Management will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in administration or hospitality field
- Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
