Lauris Walton is a global recruitment specialist in Human Resources & Administration. We're partnering with a global professional services firm to seek an HR Human Resources Manager with all-rounded HR and Admin experience in an APAC regional setting. This position will be playing a pivotal role in leading the HR function and drive collaboration and teamwork strategy across all offices in the Asia Pacific. 

Key responsibilities: 

• You will be the HR business partner across APAC offices and provide strategy and solutions to all HR matters
• Provide strategic advice on maintaining employee relations, performance management, staff resources management
• Manage HR operation and develop a strategy on process improvements, recruitment and hiring etc.
• Prepare regular reports for management to review on staff retention/attrition/engagements and provide industry insights to management for business decision making
• Provide HR insights to the internal department on staff management and recruitment matters

Role requirements: 

• A degree holder in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Consulting/Management role, preferably gained from MNCs or large listed corporations.
• Have excellent leadership skills and experience in managing the regional team in APAC
• Familiar with employment laws in Asia
• Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work with senior management and department heads
• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential
• Candidates with more/less experience will be considered as Senior/Assistant HR Manager
