Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor 3PL’s performance to ensure all KPIs are met
- Oversee local DC operations, inbound and outbound shipments
- Respond to any issues in Logistics operations and establish corrective actions to ensure performance standards are met.
- Review, analyze and propose recommendations on logistic flow, cost, and time to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory control.
- Arrange all logistics flow for store opening, return logistics, and ad-hoc events.
- Manage budget preparation, control, and monitoring in the responsible areas.
- Work with superior to support projects
- Prepare reports and analysis reports for management review
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Logistic/Supply Chain Management or related disciplines is preferred
• 1-2 years related experience in retail/logistic industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, positive and a good team player
• Well-organized, with strong analytical mind and numerical sense
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good commands in English and Mandarin is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Fresh graduate/ No experience is also welcome
