about the job.

• Act as a HR business partner servicing both retail and front line employees from end to end recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Assist HR and Administration team for daily operations and work closely with retail managers for front line matters
• Drive HR strategies and initiatives to enhance quality of HR services and aligned with the business goals
• Provide professional HR advice for senior management and business stakeholders for HR related matters; manpower planning, budgeting, performance appraisal, talent management & development
• Support in any ad hoc projects as required

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist background in retail industry with 2 years of management experience
• Fast paced, hands on, high flexibility and a great team player
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR systems
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
