Job Description
My client, a HK Listed company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:
Head of HR & Admin– (75K - 85K) (5days, double pay) (urgent)
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field
- Prefer from logistic/shipping/container/ manufacturing industry
- Lead the HR & admin team and manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, talent management, training and development as well as employee relations
- Experience in orchestrating or re-vamping Staff Motivation Program is definitely an advantage;
- Set up performance management structure
- Prefer has regional/global and PRC exposure
- Good command of English and Mandarin
