Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in implementing office administration policies and procedures. 
• Monitoring the contractor to maintain the service level and negotiate with the suppliers for the provision of the office supplies/ uniform and stationery items.
• Handle staff recurrent training and record maintenance.
• Work with team to monitor the Uniform System and related coordination arrangement
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing talents via various channels, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews according to defined standards
• Assist in creating and executing recruitment strategies & recruitment metrics
• Work closely with the entire HR team in driving the implementation of company objectives and program
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management is preferred
• Minimum 4 years administration and talent acquisition working experience in sizable organization including 2 years at supervisory level.
• Experience in managing contractor / service provider is preferable.
• A track record of successful cases in recruiting general level of talent and by using various direct sourcing methods
•  Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight timelines
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
