PURPOSE

A partnership-focused advocate & a change agent to grow this emerging channel based on understanding of E-Market dynamics, shoppers/customers’ insights & operational effectiveness of our ECPs in the Connected Commerce business model.

That includes hybrid and pure play eCommerce eRetailers and ensure the execution of a closed loop customer-centric programs as part of integrated ACUVUE experience across pre-store, in-store and post-store stages of the consumer journey.

This role is responsible to ensure the plans are executed with high cross-functional integration, against expectations required for market leading growth, both internally and externally.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Achieve Professional Connect Commerce (PCC) and partnership objectives and KPIs including driving the growth of MyACUVUE active wearer, new wearer, retention rate, ECP activation rate and 1st party data
  • Understand HK dynamic and consumer needs state to find new e-platform, business partnership and consumer journey opportunities mapping to grow Acuvue business in the market
  • Own PCC calendar, campaign activations, retention strategy & promote MyACUVUE app feature (i.e. Lifestyle rewards / Home Delivery etc); work closely with CRM and cross-functional team to deliver desired result
  • Own Acuvue.com and MyACUVUE developments i.e. MyACUVUE Lite to optimize consumer journey from online to offline
  • Manage PCC related and allocated budget within guidelines, recommending avenues to optimize spends and to achieve positive business results
  • Support key account / ihealth centres on promoting channel-specific MyACUVUE retention and activation campaign (i.e. upgrade / winback program) and strengthen MyACUVUE in-store presence (e.g. POSM / store merchandise assets)
  • Develop & execute regular business plan/meetings that address partners and Acuvue objectives, including specific plans per account with the objective of growing the number of new wearers in the overall market
  • Lead and support the team to create data-driven marketing strategies including media strategy, consumer journey design, e-store design, performance review and optimization plan etc.
  • Establish sales & marketing program measurement methodology, set goals, and work with CRM manager and cross-functional team to analyze results in terms of ROI and other success criteria. Make future recommendations and uncover opportunities of growth
  • Bring innovation in terms of value proposition to entice e-shoppers that are unique to the channel and offer differentiated shopping experience appropriate for Connected Commerce
  • Develop strong partnerships across all levels & identify key opportunities to further build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure business directions are aligned & Acuvue remains strongly as the partner of choice
  • Provide communication and coordination of all in trade promotion with internal sales organization, partners and customers to ensure timely execution of all programs within company policy
  • Actively involve in setting up and maintenance of e-commerce stores, including liaising with agencies, vendor and brand marketers for content production and refreshment, business reports, and any ad hoc requests as necessary

Requirement

  • Experience and background in vision care industry is not a must but preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 to 7 years of proven key account management, ecommerce marketing, or channel marketing experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and online shopper journey
  • eCommerce partnership experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of strategic partnership building with customers across levels
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales applications & principles, PC skills – Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, written & oral communication skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to be detailed yet strategic
  • Curious, proactive, innovative, independent worker, has high initiative, excellent team player with strong commitment to drive business result
