Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all HR activities such as recruitment, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, performance evaluation, training & development program
- Prepare and monitor annual budget and expenses
- Formulate, review and implement HR policies
- Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- University graduate, with 7 years’ human resources experience in which 3 years in a managerial role
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment and MPF Ordinances
- Proficient in PC knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, proactive & people-oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
