Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and driving talent management strategies in partnerships with HR business partners, senior management team, and key stakeholders.
• Drive talent management initiatives and strategies around Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organisational Development.
• Work with the business on talent management projects such as Leadership Development, and talent reviews to monitor succession risk

Requirements

• The successful candidate will be degree educated with 10+ years of experience in talent management
• You will have excellent communication skills with the gravitas to influence at all levels of business be strategic to align talent management to business goals but hands and enjoy implementation.
• You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a foundation in customising and catering talent management solutions and processes.
