Responsibilities

• Perform day to day operations of the HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, attendance and leave maintainence, payroll, C&B and employee engagement;
• Responible for end-to-end recruitment process;
• Update and maintain Human Resources data base and personnel records;
• Assist in preparation and execution of payroll and final payment;
• Monitor and follow up the Long Sick Leave & Work Injury Cases;
• Assist in C&B related administration tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in hotel or hospitality industry;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and previous experience in using HRIS is a plus;
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
