• Formulate and implement HR strategy including recruitment, retention, employee relations and career development programs
• Provide professional advice to Top Management on manpower planning and costing
• Build and maintain efficient HR system as well as paperless HR processes
• Monitor headcount, budget, roster, attendance and cost analysis
• Create, implement and review HR policies and procedures
• Create and conduct team building and training development programs
• Promote brand identity and development people culture that fit for TCA
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in HRM, Training, Business Administration or related field
• Minumum 8 years experience in all-round HR services. 
• At least 5 years in managerial grade in F & B or retail industry
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
• Experience in HR system and computer literatures
• Creative, smart, passionate, diligent and pleasant characteristics
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Human Resources Manager
