Job Description

Duties:

  • 3 years secretarial work experience
  • Provide secretarial support to Chairman
  • Handle general office administration duties including IT coordination
  • Manage travel arrangements including flights schedules, hotels and visa application
  • Manage schedules, appointments and meetings
  • Support ad hoc assignments when required
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, handling full spectrum of human resources activities with major focus on Recruitment & Selection, Payroll and MPF Calculation, Employer’s Return (BIR56A Form)

Requirements:

  • Degree, major in interpretation/translation preferredwith at least 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent in interpersonal skill to communicate with different level in the Company
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Loyalty, initiative, hardworking, efficient, and capable to handle multiple tasks
