Job Description
Duties:
- 3 years secretarial work experience
- Provide secretarial support to Chairman
- Handle general office administration duties including IT coordination
- Manage travel arrangements including flights schedules, hotels and visa application
- Manage schedules, appointments and meetings
- Support ad hoc assignments when required
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, handling full spectrum of human resources activities with major focus on Recruitment & Selection, Payroll and MPF Calculation, Employer’s Return (BIR56A Form)
Requirements:
- Degree, major in interpretation/translation preferred, with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent in interpersonal skill to communicate with different level in the Company
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Loyalty, initiative, hardworking, efficient, and capable to handle multiple tasks
