You will be an individual contributor and work closely with teams in Asia & South Asia.

- Responsible for enabling and delivering enrolment of new systems ( purchasing order, vendors management etc)
- Plan and deliver system training to the vendors and internal stakeholders in Asia & South Asia
- Involved in the change management and implementation planning on new initiative
- Collaborate with Change & Training team and cross-functional teams throughout different project phases so as to ensure deliverable of the major technology and process transformation projects
- Be the key person in charge of the new system training and primary point of contact for vendors during hyper-care post-training / post-release
- Consolidate all training materials & documents and update the user manual if needed
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder or above in relevant field
- At least 5+ years' of experience in large-scale transformation projects/change management/ system training in Regional role
- Knowledge in change management and/or training principles and methodologies preferable
- Excellent communication, listening and facilitation skills
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of people, good relationship building skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
