Job Description 
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the candidate will be responsible for providing HR administrative and clerical support for expatriate relocation, payroll/benefits administration (medical insurance & MPF), tax filing and ad hoc project to ensure effective, efficient and accurate HR functions.

  • Perform Work Visa application and extension for expatriate staff
  • Perform Teacher Registration and Qualification Assessment
  • Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process including but not limited to background, criminal record, DBS, medical and reference checks as well as administer medical insurance, tax enrolment/return/clearance and MPF
  • Responsible for payroll process
  • Update and maintain an accurate database of personnel records, leave and attendance
  • Provide professional advice and support to staff enquiry
  • Any other appropriate duties as allocated by members of the school’s leadership team
  • Assist in the recruitment process and other follow-up administration
  • Assist with preparation of HR correspondences
  • Perform annual audit and other ad-hoc assignment as required
  • Assist with organising staff relations activities
Job Requirement 
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines (or equivalent)
  • Minimum two years HR or administrative experiences gained from a sizable organisation
  • Well-versed in HKSAR Labour Ordinance, MPF and tax regulations
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Chinese word processing for producing reports and presentations
  • Experience in HRIS administration and management
  • Working in educational institution is an advantage but not essential
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
  • You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
