Job Duties:

• Handle compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll calculation, final payments, MPF Scheme administration, leave management, attendance record
• Assist in recruitment process
• Administer for maintaining and updating HR database;
• Ensure HR policies & practices are compliance with statutory requirements;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience in a sizable organization, preferably gained from property management industry
• Highly motivated team player with positive attitude and willingness to take up extra assignments and handle tedious tasks
• Able to work independently and meet tight timelines
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Being immediately available is an advantage
