Job Description

• Supervise direct subordinates and vendor to provide excellent administrative and facilities management services for the Group, Fund Partners and its clients
• Responsible for the management and governance of the Group procurement policy
• manage vendor management tenders, negotiation and contract renewals
• Lead consultant and/or contractors on matters relating to facilities maintenance and project works and conduct periodic review
• Support leasing activities such as price negotiation, management of leases
• Forecast, manage and control annual administration budget and manage fixed asset inventory
• Manage the record/document management services
• Formulate and implement continuous improvement plans to provide high quality service, efficient and safe environment
• Support internal ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) initiatives
• Responsible for leading and coordinating the Company’s BCP program
• Oversee general office and D&O insurance coverage
• Support the company social, recreational and employee engagement activities
• Ac hoc duties and projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline such as property management, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or surveying, building/construction related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ solid experience in office management or facility management with 5 years of which in a supervisory capacity
• experience with ESG, Leading BCP programs, health and safety initiatives is a must
• Good communication and relationship skills with all levels and diverse stakeholders
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Independent, well organized, self-motivated and able to work under tight timelines
