Job Description
Lauris Walton is a global recruitment specialist and executive search firm. We’re partnering with a well-established MNC to seek an Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team based in Hong Kong. This role will play a key role in assisting in admin, filling duties, and operation tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration support such as organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing scheduled reports, record keeping, and maintaining a filing system.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
- Perform general clerical work, data entry, and administration support
- Coordinate with business counterparts on inquiries and follow-up tasks
- Involve in ad-hoc duties upon management request
Role Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in an administrative position
- Strong communications skills in English and Chinese are essential
- Proactive, willing to learn, fast-paced character
- Hands-on, doesn't mind tedious tasks
- Preferably immediately available
