Responsibilities:

• Manage training activities providing to Bank partners 
• Conduct training needs analysis and set training objectives accordingly
• Develop and design training programs to fulfill training objectives 
• Deliver all-rounded training to Bank partners, including , including insurance products, selling skills, regulatory & compliance, etc.
• Evaluate training effectiveness regularly and implement relevant enhancement
• Make sure all information providing to Bank partners are accurate and compliance with regulations  
• Work closely with bank partners and bancassurance BDM

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in insurance training, bancassurance channel experience is a must
• Strong product knowledge & market sense 
• Self-motivated, organized, strong in program management 
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
