Responsibilities

• Assist in general HR functions and clerical support such as payroll administration, maintain leave records, travel arrangement, arrange courier etc.
• Provide support in administration duties including all stationery, office equipment maintenance, procurement, filing and general correspondence etc.
• Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc reports.
• Handle ad-hoc project as required.

Requirements

• Associate Degree Holder or Higher Diploma Holder or higher in any discipline, Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
• Self-driven with supportive and positive mentality and attitude.
• Independent, well-organized, attentive to details and accountability.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Japanese speaking is preferable)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
