Job Description
Our client, a sizable supply chain company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:
Senior HR Officer / HR Officer – (20K - 35K) (5-day) (urgent)
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training & development and HR project
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support on annual exercises includes performance management, salary and bonus review
- Handle all aspects of benefits administration including leave management, staff medical and life insurance scheme
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline would be preferred
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in all-round HR function, strong in recruiting of frontline staffs would be advantage
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
