Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the operation of compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, tax filing, MPF administration, compliance, benefits enrolment and termination, internal HR audit, and leave administrations
• Prepare the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices
• Coordinate full recruitment cycle
• Handle Onboarding and Offboarding
• Arrange visa application
• Maintain staff database
• Coordinate annual evaluation, salary and bonus review.
• Design and organise staff engagement activities to promote staff wellness and enhance staff communication
• Liaise with field office HR personnel
• Assist in other HR operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Hospitality, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years related working experience
• Experience in NGO is a plus
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
• Detail-oriented, organised, good team player with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
