Job Description
DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a well-known fine jewellery and watches retail chains (HK Listed Company). They are currently hiring high caliber Senior Training Manager to join their professional team and they offer exciting job opportunities and competitive benefit schemes to the right talents.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the training and development function to support the business performance and talent development
- Identify learning needs, design and develop operational, compliance, management and technology training curriculum and programmes
- Oversee the operation of learning platform including e-learning courses and story creation together with the training partners to preserve critical knowledge for the company
- Develop and implement annual training plan and enhancement of training curriculum
- Provide internal consulting services to various Divisions and Departments and devise customized training strategies that support operations and corporate development
- Continuously evaluate the training impact at organization level and explore new tools and opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness
- Ensure the training materials are up-to-date in accordance with the regulatory requirements, internal policies, operating procedures and guidelines of the responsible functional unit
- Maintain close relationships with other business units
Requirements:
- Degree holder in a related discipline, preferably with formal training in Human Resources Development
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in training and development in Retail or Luxury industry with experience in driving and implementing change
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, sensitive to corporate directives and needs
- Familiar with multi-media communication tools / channels
- Experience in driving new technology and initiatives in Retail industries will be an added advantage
