- - Assist the Project Team with all aspects of project administration, including but not limited to PO preparation, pre and pro tender submission assistance.
- - Serve as a hub for verbal and written communication between project team members, vendors, clients' representatives, management office, and all external stakeholders interested in the project.
- - Maintain close communication and coordination with internal project stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- - Responsible for coordinating samples, materials, and drawing submissions.
- - Maintain an organized filing system for each project's correspondence.
- - Associate degree or above in any discipline
- - Minimum 3 years or above relevant working experience in project secretary or administrator
- - Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills, teamwork and eager to learn.
- - Cheerful, well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good communication skills.
- - Good at MS office such as Excel and Chinese word processing
- - Good command of English and Cantonese (verbal & written)
