Job Description
We are a US Toy Company located in TST East. We are looking for a high caliber individual to fill in the following position:
Assistant Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
- Assist Merchandiser on incoming sales orders, quotations and administrative document;
- Follow samples and packing;
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments for order commitment and manage order status;
- Input and administrate sales/purchase orders to centralized ERP system;
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Form 7 or DSE above;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising, and must have prior working experience in toys field;
- Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Proactive, good communication skills with suppliers and inter-departments;
- Immediately available is a plus.
