Responsibilities:

• Provides efficient and effective sales administrative support with a high level of accuracy
• Be responsible for processing orders or inquiries in a timely and quality manner
• Follow-up with factory on production planning, and coordinate the delivery schedule with internal and external customers, as well as arrange shipment independently
• Review and monitor back orders and inventory controls, as well as sales reports
• Prepare monthly reports for management review
• Assist in ad-hoc sales and marketing administration assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of export sales or relevant experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good Command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
