Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Perform the full spectrum of HR activities such as personnel administration (proper records organization), compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movement (transfers/promotion/confirmation/resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities.
2. HR monthly reports preparation and compilation
3. Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
4. Handle other administrative duties as required
Requirements
1. Diploma in HRM or related disciplines
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in handling all rounded Human Resources functions.
3. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and Mandarin.
4. Strong computer literacy in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
5. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
Immediate availability is preferred.
