Job Description
Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- Perform front desk management activities while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette
- Responsible for handling internal and external phone enquiries and call transfer
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Identify the type of meeting and coordinate conference room schedule and setup
- Provide office administrative support including office sundries purchasing and housekeeping
- Assist any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:-
- Diploma or above with at least 4 years relevant experiences
- Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, responsible, hard-working, well-organized and self-motivated
- Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
