Job Description:

Operations Specialist will be responsible for our company’s general operations such as handling day-to-day accounting tasks, following up with suppliers, communicating and coordinating with our internal stakeholders such as warehouse staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the accounting department with day-to-day accounting tasks
• Liaising with suppliers on procurement
• Liaising with internal stakeholders such as warehouse staff
• Provide general administrative support such as data entries, processing paperwork and maintaining filing systems
• Any other administration related ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Experience in the retail/e-commerce industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheet, MS Word/Google Doc and Chinese Word processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written/spoken Chinese and English
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese is a MUST
• Great attention to detail
• A good team player, independent, self-disciplined, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
