Responsibilities:

- Handle customers’ enquiries in good services manner

- Prepare daily sales report or related reports for management review with high accuracy

- Provide clerical support to Marketing and Operation Department

- Responsible for sales administration including issuing price quotation, invoicing, order processing, following up purchase orders

- Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up the sales order delivery, order packing (STEAM product) and logistic arrangement

- Responsible for full set of import and export shipping documents

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above, with at least 2 years related working experience

- Proficient in Chinese and English word processing and MS Office usage,especially MS Excel

- Experiences in using ERP system is preferred

- Experiences and knowledge in STEAM is an advantage

- Knowledge in POS system is an advantage

- Believer in growth mindset, good telephone manner, enjoy working as a team with passion and perseverance

- Detail-minded,Hardworking, responsible and multi-tasking

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
