Our client is a global market leader in the industry. They are looking for a high caliber – HR Officer to join their energetic team.

Your role:

• Support leader to execute the daily operations in the employee life cycle (hiring, rewarding, motivating, engaging, development) for the whole organization;
• Local generalist role with focus on recruitment for frontline employees in sales and service. 
• Follow up employment contract, p-file and system maintenance, orientation, exit process and HR reports.
• Able to ensure leaders and staff comply with labor ordinance;
• Handle ad-hoc duties and administrative supports as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in business/HR field
• At least 5 years HR generalist experience with focus on recruitment
• Cheerful, good team player and communication skills
• Well-organized, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility and time management skills
• Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable to work with all levels of people
• Proficiency in PC application & Chinese word processing
