Job Description

Responsibilities 
  • Process purchase requests, quotations, orders, tenders and contract awards in accordance with the procurement manual.
  • Be responsible for documentation, record keeping and filing.
  • Be responsible for product quotation, purchase and follow up order progress to ensure the delivery of goods.
  • Maintain close contact with suppliers, follow up on delivery and receiving procedures, and prepare procurement documents to suppliers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Good communication skills, team player and ability to cope with pressure
  • Familiarity with SAP system is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Good command of English and Chinese
