Job Description
Administration Support Officer - Life & Medical
Responsibilities:
Provide all-round administration and operational support, including but not limited to:
- Handle New & Renewal cases independently.
- Maintain Product Brochures & Application Forms Updates.
- Prepare Full set of application forms for Agents.
- Follow up on pending & payments & prepare policy delivery
- MPF Scheme servicing & maintenance.
- Keep proper records for Clients.
- Handle inquiries from Clients & communicate with Providers/Agents related to policy administration.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required.
- Immediate availability is preferable
- Diploma or above.
- Fluent in written & speaking English & Cantonese is a MUST.
- At Least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry with policy administration knowledge (especially Life & High-End Medical).
- Qualified for IIQE papers Paper 1, 2 & 3 is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, problem solver, a fast learner with "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Responsible, independent, careful, well-organized, good team player.
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Admin Support Assistant Officer.
